REQUIREMENTS
- Reading the Terms of Service- Paypal or Venmo.- References and details for the desired commission. These include screenshots or drawings, detailed written descriptions, and recommendations for poses, expressions, and environment (if included.)- Patience! Commissions may take several weeks to complete. I will be working on commissions in list of order and will tell you if I am currently working on one.(If interested in a adult commission, please contact me directly via Bluesky (@thejemster),

HOW TO ORDER:-Message me via one of the contacts above-Communicate. I will ask several questions as to what kind of commission you have in mind, if you've read the ToS (I just want to be careful!), confirm the prices, and upon approving the commission (should I choose to) send you my payment information.-Send the payment.-After this I will begin your commission as soon as possible!
Once a rough sketch is complete I will show it to you, and should you approve the it, will being transferring payment to my bank and finish your commission.
Terms of Service
**- My personal (non-commissioned) artwork is my private property. I also do not consent to any of my work, personal or commissioned, being stolen, reposted, traced, sold or used for NFTs/AI.- I reserve all rights to the image (but not the character(s)/property displayed in the image.) You cannot claim you created the artwork.- Commissioned artwork is for personal use. You may not use it for commercial use, sell it or use/put it as/on merchandise, mint or sell for NFT or submit to an AI.- You may not commission another artist to redraw/trace my artwork, even if that artwork was a commission from you.- I only accept payment in USD, and will not start working on the commission until payment is received.- You MUST be 18 or older to purchase an adult commission. Anyone breaking this rule will be blocked and blacklisted.- OCs must be yours, or, if belonging to another, granted permission to use.- Commissions are digital products. If you want a physical print, you will have to get the artwork printed yourself. I will, of course, provide high-res version of the artwork.- My signature must remain on the artwork at all times.- You can publish the commissioned artwork on your profile, website or blog, but you must credit me.- If posted to the public I will announce the artwork as a commission, including the client’s preferred name, if desired.- I reserve the right to deny a commission for any reason.- Refunds are not accepted after the completion of the commission. Partial refunds will be determined by the stage of the commission’s completion. Full refunds are given if the commission has not been started.- Commissioning me (once payment is received) states that you understand and accept my Terms of Service.
